Early foundation
I was born in the Netherlands into an entrepreneurial family. Ambition, responsibility, and high expectations were part of daily life from an early age. That environment shaped how I think about work: discipline matters, and results matter.
At eighteen, while studying Marketing and Management in Amsterdam, I started working in telemarketing for a financial services company. Performance came quickly. Within two years, I helped grow the team and took responsibility for training, coaching, and improving structure and consistency.
International experience
After graduating, I chose a different path. Instead of staying local, I moved abroad to broaden my perspective. Over the following years, I worked in five different countries. In Australia, I supported a music organization in strengthening its marketing strategy. Together, we grew their student base by more than thirty percent within nine months.
That experience confirmed something fundamental. Effective marketing is not about noise. It is about focus, relevance, and execution that fits the context.
When I returned to the Netherlands, I joined Kalf Fundraising as a Team Leader and was promoted to Senior Coach within eighteen months. I trained senior fundraisers and emerging leaders, contributing to campaigns that raised millions of euros for organizations such as Greenpeace, UNICEF, and Amnesty International.
This period deepened my understanding of how systems, messaging, and leadership behavior directly influence results at scale.

AI & modern systems
In recent years, I began integrating Artificial Intelligence into this work. Not
as a trend, but as a practical tool. Used correctly, AI improves thinking, accelerates execution, and supports better decision-making. Always with one condition: it stays aligned with how you think and work.
Recent leadership
In 2024–2025, I led marketing for a global platform with 140,000+ users. In that role, I worked closely with the founder and team to bring structure, clarity, and calm execution as complexity increased. AI was used to accelerate processes and improve quality, without losing tone or trust.
