WHAT IS SIGNATURE AI?

WHAT IS SIGNATURE AI?

Written by Obed Abbo

Entrepreneurs and founders are already using AI to create content, generate ideas, research markets, and improve productivity.

And yet, something interesting is happening.

Many are spending more time with AI while still experiencing mental overload, inconsistent execution, and unclear direction.

They have more ideas. More information. More possibilities. More conversations sitting somewhere inside ChatGPT.

But does all of that actually help you move your business forward?

You can spend an hour brainstorming with AI and leave with 25 ideas. Then you have another problem.

Which idea matters? What fits your strategy? What deserves your attention now?

This is where I believe the next phase of AI becomes interesting for entrepreneurs.

Build an AI system that actually understands you.

I call this your Signature AI.

A Signature AI is a personalized AI environment built around your business, expertise, audience, positioning, goals, and way of thinking. You gradually give it the context it needs to become more relevant to the decisions and work you deal with every day.

It starts relatively simple.

Then it grows with you.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AI KNOWS YOUR CONTEXT?

Think about how you normally use ChatGPT or Claude.

You open a conversation and ask a question. Maybe you explain some background. You receive an answer, take what you need, and move on.

A few days later, you have another business challenge.

Back to ChatGPT.

You explain yourself again. Perhaps you use another clever prompt you found somewhere. You get another answer.

There is value in that. I used AI this way for a long time as well.

But I became increasingly interested in a different question:

What happens when all of this starts connecting?

Imagine your AI already understands your business model, your expertise, the clients you want to work with, your positioning, your goals, your previous strategic decisions, and even how you prefer to communicate.

Below you can see how your Signature AI checks this context before answering.

Now you can have a very different conversation.

You can bring in a new opportunity and ask AI to examine it within the context of everything you are already building. You can work through a positioning question without explaining your entire business again. You can return to an earlier decision three weeks later and continue thinking from there.

AI starts developing a memory of the business around you.

That is where it becomes much more useful.

Signature AI HAS THREE CORE PARTS

The first is the Principal Strategist...

This is where the thinking happens. I use the Principal Strategist to challenge ideas, explore opportunities, sharpen positioning, work through marketing strategy, clarify messaging, and make decisions. Its job is to help improve the quality of my thinking and direction.

Then there is the Content Engine...

Once the direction is clear, the Content Engine creates content from that foundation. It understands your expertise, audience, positioning, themes, and tone of voice, and uses that context for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, articles, emails, and other marketing content.

And finally, the Sales Creator helps carry the same thinking into sales pages, advertisements, scripts, offers, campaigns, and other sales communication.

That’s essentially the architecture.

Thinking → Content → Sales

The interesting part is how those three begin feeding into each other.

ONE DECISION CAN TRAVEL THROUGH YOUR ENTIRE SYSTEM

Let’s say you are considering expanding your target audience.

This is a real strategic question. There are probably several directions you could take, and each one affects your positioning, messaging, content, and sales.

So you bring it to your Principal Strategist. You explore the market. You challenge your assumptions. You look at your existing expertise and where it could create the most value. Perhaps the conversation reveals an audience you had overlooked or shows that your current positioning has become too narrow.

Eventually, you make a decision.

Now something useful happens.

That thinking can become part of your Signature AI. Your Content Engine can work from the new positioning. Your Sales Creator can incorporate it into future sales communication. When you revisit the strategy later, your Principal Strategist already has the context behind the original decision.

One good strategic conversation starts influencing what happens next.

That is the point.

NO CODE. NO COMPLEXITY

Building your first Signature AI is simpler than most entrepreneurs think.

You don’t need to know a single line of code. You fill in a few forms, add your information, and drag and drop the right pieces into place inside ChatGPT or Claude.

Even complete AI beginners can build their first version within an hour.

The power of the system is in its simplicity.

YOUR SIGNATURE AI BECOMES RICHER OVER TIME

I find this one of the most fascinating parts.

Your first version does not need to be sophisticated. It might simply contain a good description of your business, your audience, your expertise, your goals, and some instructions for how you want AI to work with you.

Then you use it.

You make decisions, learn more about your market, refine your positioning, discover which messages resonate, create content, and receive feedback. Along the way, some of those insights and decisions become new context for your Signature AI.

Six months later, your AI environment can understand considerably more about your business than it did when you started.

At the same time, you become much better at working with AI. You learn what context matters, how to ask better questions, and when to challenge the answers you receive.

Both you and the system develop over time.

And as your Signature AI becomes more capable, your own judgement stays central.

SO WHERE DO YOU START?

Keep it simple.

A great starting point is my practical AI Workshop for entrepreneurs and founders. During the workshop, you build a basic version of your own Principal Strategist around you and your business.

The online AI workshop is open to everyone. You can also join in person at one of my partner locations across the Netherlands. Most partner workshops are exclusively for members of those communities, while selected workshops are open to the public.

Bring in a real business question. Explore an opportunity. Challenge an idea you have been carrying around. Look at your positioning or marketing direction.

This is where you experience the difference context makes. AI begins working with an understanding of you and your business, which creates a much richer conversation.

You leave with your own basic Principal Strategist that you can continue developing afterwards.

The Online 4-week Signature AI Course goes deeper. During four group sessions, we develop the wider system, including Partner, Content Engine, and Sales Creator, with live guidance and implementation.

You'll learn useful context, a clear structure, several well-designed prompts, and enough interaction for the system to become increasingly yours.

That is the direction I see AI moving for entrepreneurs.

More personalized. More connected to the actual business.

And increasingly capable of helping you turn what is already in your head into clearer decisions and focused execution.

It's all about leveraging AI, while staying true to yourself.
